Age Restriction: CantikToto operates a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend Accounts pending verification. Winnings accrued by underage users will be forfeited.
CantikToto reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any stage, including at registration, upon withdrawal request, or at any point during a player's lifetime on the Platform. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe will result in Account suspension.
To access real-money gaming Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. CantikToto strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify CantikToto immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on the CantikToto Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts — including through the use of alternative email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds held within the duplicate Accounts.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting CantikToto's customer support team. Before closing your Account, any Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times.
CantikToto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of locally supported Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. These minimum thresholds may be subject to change; current limits will be displayed in your Account dashboard.
CantikToto processes verified withdrawal requests within approximately 10 minutes for standard MYR payment methods. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network congestion. CantikToto reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same Account.
All Account balances, transactions, and displayed odds are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise. CantikToto does not accept liability for currency conversion losses on deposits or withdrawals processed in alternative currencies.
Note: CantikToto does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges. Please verify with your provider before initiating a transaction.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and loyalty rewards offered by CantikToto are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Specific requirements will be disclosed in each promotion's detail page.
CantikToto monitors all promotional activity. Users found to be exploiting bonuses through patterns including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of welcome offers across multiple accounts, or coordinated bonus farming in conjunction with other users, may have their bonuses removed and their Accounts suspended.
CantikToto's Birthday Bonus Programme and VIP Loyalty Rewards (including referral bonuses of MYR 38 per qualifying referral) are subject to their own specific terms, which are detailed on the relevant promotional pages. All loyalty benefits are tied to a single registered Account and are non-transferable.
CantikToto reserves the right to alter, suspend, or remove any game or betting market from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Access to specific games or markets may be restricted based on your geographic location or Account status.
CantikToto reserves the right to void bets where: (i) they were placed at manifestly incorrect odds; (ii) the relevant event was cancelled or abandoned without a valid result; (iii) the bet was placed in error due to a technical malfunction; or (iv) fraudulent activity is suspected. Stakes for voided bets will be returned to the User's Account balance.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all sports betting markets and casino games on the Platform. Current limits are displayed at the time of placing a wager. CantikToto reserves the right to impose individualised bet limits on Accounts at its sole discretion.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per Account. CantikToto reserves the right to reduce payout limits where there is evidence of syndicated or professionally coordinated wagering activity.
CantikToto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across our entire Platform. We provide all Account holders with access to a range of tools to help manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge through your Account settings at any time.

CantikToto reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and to take appropriate remedial action, including Account suspension and forfeiture of funds, as set out in Section 10.
CantikToto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension is required for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.
In the event of Account termination due to a breach of these Terms, CantikToto reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any Account balance comprising Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Verified real-money deposits may be returned at CantikToto's discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
CantikToto will endeavour to notify affected Users of any Account suspension via the email address registered on their Account, subject to legal and regulatory constraints that may prevent such notification.
All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the CantikToto Platform — including but not limited to game graphics, interface design, promotional materials, and written content — are the exclusive property of CantikToto or its licensed third-party suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any CantikToto intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of CantikToto's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CantikToto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or any damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account.
CantikToto's aggregate liability to any User for direct damages shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
CantikToto does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of technical errors, or that any particular game or betting market will be available at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect Platform availability from time to time.
CantikToto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, we will provide reasonable notice via email to registered Account holders or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to initiate Account closure.
The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed in the Page Hero section above and in the footer of this document. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CantikToto holds its operating licence, as updated from time to time.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact CantikToto's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable regulatory dispute resolution frameworks. CantikToto will cooperate in good faith with any duly constituted arbitration process.
Nothing in this clause shall limit CantikToto's right to seek urgent equitable relief in any competent court where it is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
